We have been deeply rooted in the asset management industry and saw that many existing solutions were overly complex, poorly structured and required plenty of workarounds that caused significant operational inefficiencies and frustrations for asset managers.
Our founders, Maximilian Lund and Jan-André Pieper, bring together deep expertise from private equity and executive management. Having experienced firsthand how operational complexity and fragmented tools slow down progress, they set out to remove friction from asset management.
